Department of Primary Mathematics Education
The Department of Primary Mathematics Education has been offering undergraduate courses since the 2005-2006 academic year, and graduate courses since the 2020-2021 academic year. The language of instruction is Turkish and the duration of study is 4 years.
Students can graduate as Primary Mathematics Teachers by successfully fulfilling the curriculum and graduation requirements. Graduates can work as teachers in state and private institutions. In addition, they can become academics in the relevant units of universities or work as consultants, multimedia content designers, etc. on issues related to mathematics education and instruction.
Our department's academic staff consists of 1 professor and 5 doctorate faculty members.
